1976-79: Hungarian College of Applied Arts. Since 1992 he has been a teacher at the Nyíregyháza Secondary School of Art. 1981: VII. National Carpet Competition, III. award; 1983: IX. National Carpet Competition II. fee; 1990: Agriculture in Art Exhibition, Grand Prize; 1991-93: Lajos Kozma Scholarship; 1997: International Textile Design Competition, II. Award, Kyoto (JP); 2000: 16th Hungarian Textile Biennale Award, Szombathely. Member of the Association of Hungarian Tapestry Artists. He creates tapestries based on pastel colors with a lyrical effect. Some of his works feature hatching, wavy lines, and snail elements. The most successful of his works, also prepared with watercolor sketches, are those that are made up of a constellation of different planes and spaces.
